The $15 insurance covers the cost of accidental minor damage, such as:

• Additional professional dry-cleaning for makeup, drink, or food stains 
• Repairing small rips, tears, or split seams 
• Fixing loose zips, buttons, or broken clasps 
• Hem touch-ups or small snags 
• Surface marks from tan, deodorant, or minor scuffs 
• If any of these happen while you're wearing your rental, we’ll take care of it – no extra cost to you.

Insurance does not cover: 

• Irreparable or severe damage 
• Theft, loss, or failure to return the item 
• Intentional damage or misuse 
• Permanent stains (e.g., bleach, oil, ink) that can’t be removed 
• Any damage exceeding $150 in repair/cleaning costs 
• Late return fees or failure to follow return instructions

If a dress is lost or damaged beyond repair, you will be charged 150% of RRP, regardless of whether insurance was purchased

• The insurance fee is non-refundable, even if not used.
• If you choose not to add insurance, you will be liable for the full cost of cleaning, repair, or replacement for any damage caused during your rental.
• This policy covers one garment only – if you are renting multiple items, you will need to purchase insurance separately for each one you want covered.
